The child is said to be born in Gand Mool Nakshatras, it is very important to perform Gand mool nakshatra shanti puja for that nakshatra for the well being of the baby and their family members especially Mother, Father and Mamaji.

IMPORTANCE OF GANDMOOL PUJA

There are 27 Nakshatras in Vedic Astrology. The Nakshatras which are ruled by Ketu and Mercury are known as Gand Mool Nakshatra. These are namely Ashwini, Ashlesha, Magha, Jyestha, Moola and Revati nakshatra. When a person is born in any one of these nakshatras, he or she is said to have been born with Mool Dosha.
